Feed only loading tweets from 4 months ago

  • Heya,
    since February I am not able to show my recent tweets.
    It seems to pull old tweets and also wrongly states those tweets are “from 3 days” or “from 4 days” ago.

    I just renewed the API tokens and reentered them in the widgets settings, but no change.

    Is there anything else I could try? Thanks!

    Because it’s showing old tweets “from 3 days ago” – rather than the an old date – suggests there’s a problem with caching. The whole string is being saved – and the new tweets are never pulled.

    Are you using a caching plug-in? What happens if you slightly tweak the search parameters (e.g. exclude replies)?

    Thanks! I disabled replies, saved, checked the page and it is showing the recent tweets now. I reenabled replies and it still shows the newest tweets. Lets see if it sticks.
    If it doesn’t, I’m going to exclude replies again and keep them disabled.
    Yes, I’m using the W3 total cache plug-in.
