Feed Options won’t Update

    I would like to edit the Maximum Post message(description) Length for my feed. I can update the field and it appears to save but when I check again it’s back to the original 200. I’ve tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox and IE but get the same result. I’m trying to get the “See More” to either go away or stay open (it snaps shut after a few seconds). Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Please note that the issue is most probably coming from the save button.

    Lets try the following, on the same setting page, try to change something else, like the number of posts, try to save and check whether the changes are kept.

    In the case they note, please try to uninstall/install the plugin. This should sole the issue with the saving function.

    I tried updating two fields, the Number of posts and Maximum Post message(description) Length. The Number of posts changed and the maximum post message did not. Do you think reinstalling will solve this problem?
