Feed Order — RSS

So I can drag and drop to change the order of posts on a home page. Cool.

But how do I get the RSS feed from the home page to update accordingly?

My posts are input from RSS … I’m using WP to order them from a reverse chron into an editorial hierarchy for output via RSS to another system.

If I create a new post on WP, and reorder the posts, this translate into a new order on the homepage and in RSS.

But if I go back and reorder without a new post, the home page changes but not the RSS feed.

Import a new story … reorder, the RSS feed doesn’t change and does reflect the new imported story.

Create a test post, reorder … RSS updated; delete the test post, it remains in the RSS.

I need the RSS feed to reflect the current order of the home page. How do I do that?
