Feed problem

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I am not sure what you mean by there is “no standard” line? The screenshot of the graph you showed is a graph from your Google Merchant Center that shows fluctuations in the number of products in your Merchant Center.

Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can see if the number of products in your feed is also fluctuating?

Thanks for this. Your debug.log shows multiple feeds configured for Google Shopping. What is the feed URL you are using for Google Shopping?

For free products:

Hence, we are not seeing any fluctuations in the number of products in your feed.

Are you seeing any notifications in your Google Merchant Center on the days there seem to be less products?

It looks like very time in the night there are no products every day.

For the rest there are no messages from Google self.

There is only 1 message on both feeds:

607 products- Article uploaded through multiple feeds

Thats why i use a feed for advertising and free listings

Are you sure you have not connected another feed or plugin to your Google Merchant Center that is causing this?

Yes i am sure, because i have only 2 feeds.

That’s why i am asking your help, because i don’t understand the problem.

As shown in the screenshots we shared there is no fluctuation in the number of products in your feed(s) so the fluctuations you are seeing in your merchant center must be caused by something else. Is your website “down” or hard to reach during specific times perhaps so Google cannot access your product feed?

I see the link was https: and in the store is it http:

Maybe is this the problem.

Wich one used the most webshops?

When you are using https on your website then you should also use that for your feed URL.
