Feed showing thumbnails as attachments

We just started using your plugin and it was working fine for the first couple of weeks. Now suddenly our thumbnails are not showing up in our feed. They show as attachments and the default first paragraph of the post is displayed instead.

I’d like to get the images displaying properly (especially since we’re using this to post our news to FaceBook) and I’d like to get rid of the default text for the article and just use the headline.
