    Hello

    After creating a feed, sometimes it populates without problems, but sometimes it ‘hungs’.

    It is set to regenerate 4 times a day, sometimes it occurs 0 times a day, sometimes 1 or more. After manual regeneration, it starts working again.

    I did not find errors related to this plugin in Woo logs, but can send them if you like.

    Hello Krzysztof,

    Could you tell me what version of our plugin you’re using?

    When the feed gets stuck, does it say “processing” or “failed” in the Feed List?

    You could try to increase your servers WP_Memory_Limit and your PHP Max Input Vars setting.

    @michel-jongbloed sorry for a long time for the reply, we had some quarantine in the office coz of Cov19.

    I was able to minimize the problems after increasing the apache/php timeout (from default 30secs to 60). It is weird, as there are only 5 products, and Woo shop is hosted on a fast VPS.

    No problem, hope everyone is fine now.

    It’s indeed a bit weird that the php timeout has to be increased with only 5 products. But I’m not sure where I could improve the plugin based on the current information, so for now I suggest we just keep an eye on the issue.

    Do you mind if we close your topic for now? You can always reopen it again should the issue reoccur.
