Feed stopped working with Podtrac suddenly

I’ve been using Podtrac to track listeners of my podcast. It works by placing a prefix in front of the URL of the mp3 file for each episode. It’s been working great until about a month ago. I have been emailing their support team, who told me that the prefix is not on any of the files in the podcast’s feed despite the fields within the plugin “Podcast File” and custom fields “audio_file” and “enclosure” being populated with the mp3 containing the prefix.
For example:
with prefix (how file appears to me on the wordpress dashboard): https://dts.podtrac.com/redirect.mp3/trekmovie.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/SP-20_FINAL.mp3
wihtout prefix (how it’s showing up in the rss feed):
