Feed Subscription not refreshing on its own

    We are showing a calendar from webdav on our wordpress site via the time.ly plugin.
    recently i was alerted that events where not showing up.
    i confirmed the webdav is accurate and reflecting current events but our website via timely does not.
    after manually refreshing the events>import feeds>my feeds> webdav refresh
    it shows the current and accurate events.
    am i mistaken that the plugin should update automatically?
    i could find no settings to this effect.
    we are using timely Version 2.5.12 and it suggests upgrading to 2.5.13 but of course i’m hesitant to, unless you can tell me its bug free and will remedy this issue lol

    Hi,

    Please install “Advanced Cron Manager” plugin and check what processes are scheduled(Dashboard > Tools > Cron Manager). The task that updates the feeds in Ai1ec is called ai1ec_cron. Check what time Advanced Cron Manager says it will run it.

    I installed the plugin and see no Ai1ec_cron listed.

    we are using timely Version 2.5.12 should i upgrade to 2.5.13?
