    Hi there,

    Recently the automatic feed update stopped working. I have tried to deactivate and activate auto update for each feed. Did not help. Also I have searched for “woo_feed_update_single_feed” in cron jobs. Nothing is found. Maybe that’s the issue?

    If you are still unable to fix the feed update issue, please, reach us again with the system status. Go to CTX Feed > Status > Copy Status, and paste it here.

    Hi Badal,

    Thanks for your reply. I have followed the guide.

    There is something about reason 5. There is some errors. Here’s the log from CTX Feed > Status > Logs: https://pastebin.com/EbVV6kqP

    I have tried deactivating the ViaBill plugin. Still the same issue. We have around 2200 products so I cannot see why 300 seconds wouldn’t be enough.

    Hi @pstidsen

    Please, follow the below steps –
    1. Increase the PHP Max Execution time to 900 or more
    2. Increase memory limit
    3. disable auto update and regenerate the feed
    4. Enable auto update and regenerate the feed again and check if a new event is created using a cron manager plugin.
