Feed update problem

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Are you perhaps using a caching plugin or doing some server-side/hosting caching? If so, that could be responsible for you not seeing automated updates of your feeds.

Alternatively: you state the your WP-cron is enabled. Can you list the cron events that are active for you that start with woosea ?

The woosea_cron_hook is the correct one so your feed should also automatically update.

Now I noticed one more problem – maybe it is related to what I described earlier.

about 3-4 weeks ago I added a new product called TERRAFLEX (https://liveflooring.com/produkt/plyta-gumowa-terraflex/). I can see that the merchant is not available in google, so I check your plugin.

Even after refreshing, this product is not available for the feed “Feed do google ads – test”. Weird because the other 15 products are showing up well in the feed. I will also add that this feed does not have any filters, exclusions, etc.

What could be the reason?

In that specific feed you made at least one configuration mistake.

You enabled all these three features:

[product_variations] => on
[default_variations] => on
[lowest_price_variations] => on

That is not allowed. When you enabled the “include product variations” option you can only have the default variations option enabled and not the lowest priced variation (and the other way around).

Back to the main problem – is there anything to fix in debug file to solve update/cron problem?

Did you check your WooCommerce fatal error logs already of the last couple of days to see if there is anything in there that could explain why your feeds are not refreshing?

We pushed out a new release of the plugin today that should get rid of that specific error, however we doubt of that will solve the processing issue.

Can you try updating the plugin and see if it helps?

Hi,

Today I received +1 product review. I will check tomorrow if “reviews feed” will add this single review to feed (without manual refresh). I will let you know.

I set daily refresh intervals but see no hour to choose. When should it happen automatically?

Hi. I checked after changes and problem still exists ??

Added by customers reviews are not updating in feed. After I click 2-3 times in refresh button new one display correctly.

Is there anything I can do?
