Feed update stuck at 20%

    Hi There,

    Thank you for a great free plugin.

    I have been using your plugin for the last 5 months with no issues. All of a sudden, the plugin wont refresh my feed. It gets stuck at 20% Processing and doesn’t move from this. I have even waited over an hour but still the same.

    Is this a common issue> Can you suggest actions for me to try?

  • Hi Justin,

    Thanks for being such a loyal plugin user and reaching out to us. A stuck feed can be caused by loads of different reasons such as a disabled WP CRON or another recently plugin that conflicts with ours.

    That being said: a stuck feed typically indicates that the WP Cron is no longer running (our plugin processes the products in batches in order to prevent it from running into memory issues), stuck or blocked by another process. Have you checked if the WP Cron is working properly?
