Feed URL does not open products file

Am I misunderstanding the issue at hand perhaps?

Thank you for your reply. Yes you are correct, it is now accessible via the URL as it should be. There seems to be a delay before it’s URL works? Odd. Yesterday I also created a copy of the Google Feed as a test and that file is similarly not accessible. The link is below. I wonder if it will work for you or for me tomorrow?

This new URL is not working for us either. Did it successfully proces and does the status say “ready”?

Yes it successfully processed and I could access it under Control Panel > File Manager. As the main one I was interested is now working I have deleted this test file and have moved on. Not sure why it happenned but I cannot spend any more time on it. Thanks for your help.
