Feed URL How to create ?

  • I want to send email to my subscriber through RSS feed. I know wordpress generates feed in below pattern:
    https://www.xyz.com/feed

    In my case my feed url is:

    But above feed is sending all the posts even page also if i create new on my blog.

    I want to send posts from specific below category only:

    Is this possible? Can we send updates from specific category to all subscribers? If YEs then how to create custom feed for above ?
