  • Hi Klexl,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with updating your feed. Can you try updating the plugin to version 13.1.9 to see if that solves the issue at hand?

    Hi,

Thx for your reply, i updated immediately and tried again. But it seems like nothing has changed. Error message in the log file is also the same as yesterday.

    Hello,
Since I did not hear anything back I wanted to ask, if you can give me any clue on what might cause this issue and how to resolve it?

    Hi,

The issue at hand has something to do with an unexpected attribute value in your store that our plugin is breaking on. Our developers are still trying to find a solution to this, it will at least require a new release of our plugin so the resolution could take a couple of days at least.
