Feed visitor stats plugin? (compatible with 3.0.1)

I can’t seem to find a plugin that would allow to track feed visitors from WordPress AND that is compatible with 3.0.1. There are pixelstats and CyStats but neither is compatible. Did I miss one that is compatible or is there none yet? I have been using Feedburner until now but I don’t like that it disables access to category feeds and thus am looking for alternative way.
