Feed will not display

    Hi

    My client recently noticed that the feed didn’t update, and there was an error in the settings, saying that something was wrong (with permissions for the smash app I thinkg). They removed the source, and added it again (making sure smash has access to the account. But nothing is displayed on the website (just above the footer).

    Can you advise, what can be wrong?

    Hi @niwin,

    Thank you for contacting us! Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > All Feeds, click the feed’s name or pencil icon to edit it, go to Settings > Sources, click Edit Sources, ensure the newly connected source is selected here, click Update, and then Save the feed. Then click the Embed button, copy the shortcode for the feed, edit the page where you are displaying the feed, and ensure that you are using the correct shortcode for the feed there.
