    Hi there,
I got in one feed variable products and simple products.
Which is the correct “price” i’ll take from the drop down list to upload the correct price? I used to use “regular price” but it seams that there is some kind of mix up for some products with variation it just uploads a price I and actually can’t find on the product page at all.
And if I use “Min variation price” or “max variation price” I get a lot of pricing errors from the google merchant center.
Please let me know if there is a solution to this…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @jjnalu,

Do you find something in the price you get from regular price that we can work with?
Maybe the price is without tax in the feed and with tax on the shop pages?

Hi Auke thanks for the quick replay.
I don’t get what you mean, sorry.

no it is almost double the price i actually entered i got various prices for each product: one for the eBay feed one sales price one regular price but i don’t get what is the price field where i actual have to enter the price for your feed. I’m using your feed now for quite some tome but this is new. With “regular” price it seamed to work all the time. But now I’m just helpless i tried all option’s i got price wise to enterer I also tied combine source field if sale price is empty regular price but then i get the error on google “Nicht unterstützte W?hrung in Attribut: Preis.” and one more Ungültiges oder fehlendes erforderliches Attribut: Preis but i got still 9 Items wich are fine….

    sorry missing something…
and 18 errors of 27 items.
Do I need to add an attribute “price” for each item and specially for your feed and manually add the price for google?

Regular price is the correct price setting.
It is the default setting for the price.

There has been no change in it.
I hear you say it worked before.

What did you do in your webshop?
Installed a plugin? updates price settings? etc.

    (@jjnalu)

Yes It worked before but I’m not sure if it alway was showing the correct price I just discovered it now.
If regular price is the correct setting so where is it entered on the product page? As I mentioned I got various fields and possibilities there where i can enter prices. can you upload a screenshot where to enter the price for variable products? can I upload a screenshot here? So I can show you my variation page?

    Hi Auke,
no I’m still using the free version could it be that the issue is resolved with the payed version and the option of variations?
I was thinking go buying it but I’m still not sure if the plug in serves my purposes as I need it.
I had a similar issue before the main thing is I can’t retrace where to fill in the correct data the plug in is using or better don’t now what attribute to choose in the plug in screen.
I’m using various plugins so there a various prices (on the product page I can fill in one for e-bay one for amazon on for the shop a sale price for the shop) so I don’t know how are these prices called in the attributes list and if there are correctly formatted for the google feed.
Maybe you could be more explicit in your documentation?
For these particular problem I tried the whole evening yesterday to solve it but I just can’t find out where these price is coming from google shows 28,90€ but nowhere in the product page is entered 28,90 the msrp price is 19,80 the regular price for all variations is 15,90 eBay price is 15,90 the sale privce is 14,90 so where the heck are these 28,90 are coming from? it drives me crazy and I still don’t know if there are other products with the same issue. If I use another price then “regular price” in the feed google shows me various errors for ,depending on the price I use, 4 to 18 items out of 27.

    Please give me some advice.

    Thanks

Maybe I just need to know where to enter the price your plugin is uploading to google? I guess “regular price” is not a variation price? is there a possibility that the plugin is uploading for a part of the feed the price of products without variations and for the other part the price of products with variations?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

    JJ,

Just to let you know, you should use “Regular Price” as the price input for Google. We are looking into the issue to see why it puts an incorrect value in your feed.

Also, could you please open your WooCommerce -> Settings page and tell me what your Currency options are?

    Best regards,
    Michel

    Hi Michel,
sorry for the delayed answer I have resoled the issue for a while with a the price option. But now it seams there are even more problems google seems not be able anymore to read the GTIN and the Brand the feed is uploading but just for a few of the feeds. I get the impression that could be connected to the WPML plug in and that there are some products with variations and some without.
To answer your question: the currency is Euro with a “,” to separate cents from euros and a dot for the thousands.
