    Hi there,
    I got in one feed variable products and simple products.
    Which is the correct “price” i’ll take from the drop down list to upload the correct price? I used to use “regular price” but it seams that there is some kind of mix up for some products with variation it just uploads a price I and actually can’t find on the product page at all.
    And if I use “Min variation price” or “max variation price” I get a lot of pricing errors from the google merchant center.
    Please let me know if there is a solution to this…

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Sorry for not being clear but I mean what version of our WPML extention plugin are you using? It should be 1.0.4.

    sorry first time i hear of that plugin! How is it called and where do I get that?

    OK, my mistake. In one of your previous replies you wrote “I get the impression that could be connected to the WPML plug in and that there are some products with variations and some without.”

    To make our plugin compatible with WPML we have a “add-on” plugin called “WP Product Feed Manager WPML”. Based on your remark I concluded you where using our WPML add-on plugin, but I now understand you’re not.

    I’ll have to look at the situation with that in mind. I’ll have a look at it as soon as possible.

    @jjnalu,

    Could you send me an email to michel@wpmarketingrobot about your issue? I will then send you the wpml plugin we are offering (its free) so we can see if that plugin solves your issue.

    Michel

    Hi Michel,
    thanks for that, but it didn’t help!
    If I purchase the payed version could you promise me that the issue will be solved with the help your support? Is the price a product attribute? can I add in the product attributes? and the feed gets it from there? what is then with the other items in the feed?

    @jjnalu,

    It should work both in the free as in the premium version, so switching to the paid version should not solve the issue. Let me do a bit more research and see if I can come up with a possible cause.

    Hi Michel,
    may be it gives you a hint that google as well gives me an error that the currency is not supported. I solved the problem with choosing a standard currency in the google merchant center. The setting for the price is :
    combined source fields-regular price-space-whoocommerce currency.
    thanks for your support

    Plugin Contributor Michel Jongbloed

    (@michel-jongbloed)

    And what currency did you select at first then?

    Thread Starter jjnalu

    (@jjnalu)

    it worked in the merchant center without selecting a standard currency there….

    Plugin Contributor Michel Jongbloed

    (@michel-jongbloed)

    OK, then I think that was the issue. Google requires a currency as it states here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324371. So as there was no currency set in WooCommerce the plugin was not able to know and set the currency.

    I’ll close your topic then. If you have any further issues, let me know.

    @jjnalu,

    Just to be sure because there where different issues and some of them are closed, the only issue that is left now is the missing GTIN and Brand data?

    Best regards,
    Michel

    Thread Starter jjnalu

    (@jjnalu)

    Yes Michel,
    I guess the GTIN and Brand Data ares solved ( I need to enter them for each product as a product attribute!? there is no way around isn’t it?)
    Now remains that google doesn’t show the right price (for some products)in the merchant account as well as on the shopping page.
    Thanks

    @jjnalu,

    Ow, I thought you meant that that was solved when you wrote “I solved the problem with choosing a standard currency in the google merchant center.”.

    If the price is also not showing correctly in the shopping page, I don’t think our plugin has something to do with it. Our plugin only takes the price from the database. Is it possible you’re using a plugin that alters these prices or maybe you used a filter that changes that?

    What you could check is if you used the correct digital and thousands separator on your product pages. It is very important to keep them consistent throughout your site.

    Where you able to solve the price issue?
