feed won’t create

Immediately I notice the ‘view feed’ and ‘download’ on the right is missing on mine

You can turn this on by going to screen option. It should be on by default. See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/jub759

Screen option is a default option by WordPress. You should have it on the upper right corner of the screen.

Can you please check Product Feed > All Product Feed and see if the feed was generated. It will look like this: https://prnt.sc/jubzwa
