I found the following records in my error_log. I attempted to manually update the product feed, because I noticed that some newly added products had not been included in the product feed of my shop. As I was typing this I thought perhaps the plugin is not up to date, and there is a newer version. Indeed, the version which generated the following logs was 11.6.7. I noticed there was an update available, which I applied, so now I am on version 11.6.9. I ordered yet one more manual feed generation, and the problem persists with my XML feed.

    Please review and advise.

  • Hi,

Those errors indicate that the plugin has only partly installed, some critical plugin files have not been installed on your server.

Perhaps it is best you remove our plugin completely and do a full new install using the plugin section of your website.

Hey, I uninstalled the plugin, and installed it anew. I ordered yet another run, and after it finished I am still seeing the same number of products in the product feed. i.e. no new products have been added to the feed. In my store I have 60 active products, in the product feed only 28. I checked the error_log, and no errors are present there with regards to the product feed pro plugin for today. Please advise.

Edit: I allowed some time and re-checked. It is working properly now. Thank you.

    Hi,

When there are less products in your feed than expected changes are this is because of your feed configuration. We have listed the most common configuration reasons in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

Can you go through the reasons mentioned and see which one could be causing the issue at hand for you?

Thank you. I allowed some time to pass, and checked again. It is working properly now. I edited my previous reply and added that note to the bottom. Perhaps it happened at the same time as you were replying back?
