Feed Woo instances from central database

Hi experts,

we are looking for a solution, that allows several Woo instances to use the same product database – but their own look and other database.

Background:

We need to set up 100 shops with the same products but different operators. so it would be nearly impossible to keep all copys in sync. the shops will have around 5 mio. products. the performance issues caused by WP/WOO data structure have already been fixed with own development.
