feed2js apostrophes are question marks in 2.1

I’ve noted that that question has been asked several times in these forums and an answer has never been found.

I was hoping that 2.1 would fix his problem but it’s still there. When you run an RSS feed through the Feed2JS program the apostrophes become question marks in the feed, like so:

?Grey?s Anatomy?: Most Is Forgiven

instead of

“Grey’s Anatomy”: Most Is Forgiven

Unfortunately I cannot run a PHP script in the environment I must run this is. Feed2JS worked perfectly with Typepad.

I’m not hopeful anyone will have an answer to this query either…
