Feedback deletion

    I have recently taken on a webmaster roll for a website that had thousands of spurious feedback comments. In order to delete them I increased the number for deletion to 1000 at a time but now the feedback page will not load. There appears to be nothing I can do. The screen just remains completely blank. Has anyone encountered this issue and if so did a solution emerge? It seems the problem could be resolved by limiting the number of feedback entires that can be loaded at a time. I also suspect that the host webspace size may be a factor.
    Any help appreciated.

    When you increased the display size to 1000, your server was not able to handle the db load.

    Now that the page is not loading the only way for you to make this change is to make the change directly in db.
