Feedback for getting plugin to work

Hello,
I use now this plugin to customize my login page. It works fine now but it didn’t from the start.
Just as other people, I downloaded, activated and configured the plugin. Checked in another browser if the plugin worked, but there were no changes to the login page at all!!
Since this was the second plugin I tried, I was a bit disappointed. I checked the support forum and there it was…
The “activate this plugin” option is by default enabled, but doesn’t work!
In my opinion it’s silly that you have the option enabled by default but to get the plugin to do it’s job, you need to disable, save, enable and save the plugin again.
It would be wise to change this silly issue asap.Now the plugin works like a charm. Every change that I make is working after one save (without disable and enable the plugin again).
So I will give this plugin a 3 out of 5.
The reasons:
1. The silly issue described above.
2. I would like to see an option for a background slider function. The first plugin I tried had that, but it was unable to upload images. Since this plugin is working but is not providing me with exactly that what I wanted, it looses a star.
