Feedback form

    Hi,

    I had set up a site with WordPress 4.x five years ago, and it’s got a contact form that uses the in-built feedback module (the one you can access through the Feedback link in the left menu of the dashboard).

    Fast forward to today, and I’m setting up another site using WordPress 5.x. I can’t remember how to set up that feedback form (without a plugin), and I’ve been unable to find advice on the internet on how to do it.

    Can anyone please help?
