Feedback forms

I wonder if somebody can help me please. Our old wordpress site (before my accident) was hosted by wordpress we even had someone work on it for us.

When a client submitted feedback I would be notifed, had to authorise or trash it, and it got automatically added onto the feedback page.

I know have a wordpress site I’m building myself and its hosted with godaddy.

There is a WCP Testimonials section and a Ninja form section.

I have been receiving feedback by checking the WCP but they are quite old now, and most recent ones using the ninja feedback form on the bottom of my feedback page, I check routinely and add them on manually to my feedback page.

Is anyone able to tell me what I am going wrong please? The old way was a lot easier and straight forward.
