Feedback mamagement

  • Hey Everyone
    I have two contact forms on my website, and when a surfer submits a form it supposes to send me a mail with his message, and be archived in the ‘feedback’ tab on the control panel. So far so good.
    I have two problems:
    a. sometimes it dosen’t send me a mail (or not sending to all of the mail addresses i tell it to).
    b. Most of the feedbacks on my website are clients that leave details so i can make contact with them later. Problem is we are 3 partners, and not always all of us are aviable to call the clients back (we can’t afford a secretary yet), what i need is a plugin or something that will let me mark which of the feedbacks i already took care of, so all of us can be always updated, making sure we made contact with all of the clients that left a message, and also making sure that only one of us will make contact.
    Any Ideas?
