feedback on twenty ten theme and other things

I just tried to update my twenty ten theme because I have been struggling for weeks without a comment box on my popular blog. First it said the update failed, then when I viewed my post it has this very stupid picture, replacing a very good one I used to have on there, and there is
still no comment box. I’ve had it with twenty ten. I’m switching to another theme.
