Feedback system plugin help

Hi,

I am building a website where anyone can sell and buy games.
I am using userpro to manage members. The theme is MARKETIFY.
Was thinking about easy digital downloads for the store.

But still, could not find any plugin that has what I need.
I want users to be able to give feedback and user rating to the other user, after each sale has been completed.

Is there any theme or plugin that I am missing for this?
