Feedburner 101

  • I’m very new to website/blogging etc. Can someone please explain to me Feedburner. I went to feedburner and signed up my website. Then I added the Feedburner Feedsmith extend plugin and typed the main feed as https://www.milkallergyguide.com/feed . Am I good to go then?

    What is the comments feed?

    Do I also need to add the RSS widget and type in https://www.milkallergyguide.com/feed

    I’m just confused and nothing I read online is helping. Also when adding the widget, it asked me How many items would you like to display?

    Please help me understand this!
