Feedburner connection timed out

I have WordPress installed and everything looks good. When I enter my blog url, feedburner is showing an error: Connect Timed Out
Can it be that my MySQL server is way too slow?
I have tried using this plug in and it’s still showing an error when I try to burn the feed: https://orderedlist.com/wordpress-plugins/feedburner-plugin/
Any ideas?
