FeedBurner form plugin

I have installed and activated “FeedBurner form” plugin in my self-hosted WordPress blog.
I even see it in the left column of my control panel but I don’t know how to insert it in widgetized area of my blog to enable visitors subscribe.In addition, I have the feeds via FeedBurner.
