    I’m sorry I can’t answer your first question, but regarding the “Subscribe” link this might vary on various themes, some have it built into the theme and some others don’t.

    In your case adding the link yourself should be the best solution. If you wanted to add it to the footer then your best bet is to open footer.php and add the link there.

    Anyone? I can add the new URL to Google Reader and it pulls in my posts just fine. But I can’t add it to Feedburner. It tells me URL: 404 Not Found
