Feedburner Problem

Whenever I try to claim my blog on Feedburner, this is the message that I get.

“The URL does not appear to reference a valid XML file. We encountered the following problem: Error on line 31: Attribute name “async” associated with an element type “script” must be followed by the ‘ = ‘ character.”

I just recently moved our blog from blogger to WP. What could be the problem? Please help!
