Feedburner Replacement

This is related to my Feedburner difficulties as posted in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/where-to-get-feedburner-help-10000-email-subscriptions-stopped-in-a-day/

If I can not get a fix for feedburner to restart my email subscriptions, I wonder if there is a replacement for feedburner email subscriptions that will accept a csv import of addresses.

Or can I do this natively through WordPress??

I have 8 different feeds based on 6 different categories. Three feeds are from the same category, but sent out at different times to different geographic regions of the world, and it would be really helpful if I could continue that.
(https://ssnet.org/email-lists/feed-options-email/ is a WP subscription page of 7 feeds. The other one is a “Comments Only” feeds subscribed through the Category-Specific RSS Plugin which also directs to Feedburner/)

The “email” option is still showing at https://feeds.feedburner.com/SabbathSchoolNetDaily so I’m hoping Google has not abandone it …
