    Hello!
I have been using Feedburner for 10 years to notify subscribers when I post new content on my blog. I need help, as Feedburner will no longer be offerring this service.

Can I add the current subscriptions on fb to jp? I don’t want to lose them!

I have downloaded the CSV file of subscribers.

Then, I need advice on how to set up this service on my website.

Is anyone out there with patience and kindness that can direct me to the info I need and help me through this transition?

    Any help appreciated!

    Warmly,
    Nancy

    Hello there, Nancy.

We do not have the ability to import email addresses into Jetpack Subscriptions, in an attempt to make sure nobody can use the product for spam (not that that’s what you’d be doing, of course!).

You would instead need to reach out to your viewers using that list via a post, an email, or a general mailing service to ask them to sign up for your new subscriptions method on the site. They will need to sign up and then confirm an email that gets sent right afterwards.

As far as setting up Jetpack Subscriptions, we have a step-by-step guide for you here:

Please let us know if you have any other questions!
