Feedburner: XML parsing error

    Since upgrading to 2.8.6 I’m getting this error when clicking on RSS feed: “XML processing error; at line 1, column 1: No element found. missing root element”

    At Feed Validation Service it says, “This feed does not validate.
    line 1, column 0: XML parsing error: <unknown>:1:0: no element found”

    When checking the rss files like wp-feed.php in the root and in the wp-include folder, all files seem to be there.

    Problem solved; Feedburner said it couldn’t find a valid xml file in my wordpress, although it was there and all the rss files re-uploaded, re-checked for white space.
    After installing the plugin, XML Sitemap Generator für WordPress 3.1.9, things worked again.
