Greetings, just wondering if there is a way to get the RSS feeds to update when WordPress website is behind Sucuri’s CloudProxy website firewall. I have tried all things with Sucuri’s support team but was unable to resolve. None of my 6 RSS feeds will update unless I disable the Sucuri firewall. After I disable the firewall all the feeds will update properly. I am using free pulgin version 4.7.3. I am unable to update to the latest version at this time because I cannot update my WordPress version yet, I have to find replacements for other incompatible plugins before updating my WordPress version.

Forgot to mention I already looked at debug logs also and nothing is being reported in logs.

Can you confirm that this is in fact an issue with our Firewall? Can you provide a ticket number from our system in which you engaged the support team? Would like to follow up and see what might be happening.

Hi,
Yes we did verify it was the firewall. Disabled firewall by changing @ dns record back to web host provider and feeds updated normally. @ record has been changed back to Sucuri for continued troubleshooting. You support team is currently engaged and looking into issue. Ticket#14540241303495
