Feeds in a subdomain install

    I’m running two instances of WordPress using separate databases. #1 is at the root level of my host, #2 is in a directory that may be accessed via a domain pointer.

    Everything is great except for one thing – in some newsreaders (not all, though), when I subscribe to the feed for #2, I pick up posts from BOTH #2 AND #1. It’s as if they’re mixed together.

    Both sites are using custom permalinks.

    Never mind – it turns out it was likely a problem related to Newsgator/Netnewswire and some kind of bug in their sync service. When I turned it off and resubscribed to the feed in my reader the problem disappeared.
