Feeds not displaying anymore and cannot create new feed

Did you change anything in the plugin or settings (maybe upgraded to a new version)?

If I understand it correctly, you can open the feed list but it is empty?

Can you also try to deactivate and then activate the plugin?

Yes, I still have the issue. Indeed I updated it lately, as well wp and certainly a few other plugins…
Already tried to deactivate and reactivate it, but no luck so far…

Should I try to remove it and reinstall? Would I loose my created feeds in that case?

No, if you remove it you will loose the feeds (although you could make a backup first).

The best thing to do now is to check if you get any error messages in your console tab.

To open the Browser Console Tab press, depending on your preferred browser: CNTRL+SHFT+J (for Chrome) CNTR+SHFT+K (for Firefox) or F12 (for Explorer). If you work on a Mac: (CMD+OPT+J for Chrome or CMD+OPT+K for Firefox). This should open a Console Tab on your browser. After it is open, perform the try to update an existing feed, wait a few seconds and see of you get any message on the console tab that looks like an error message. Make a screenshot of the Console Tab or a copy of the message and send that to me.

OK, could you try to open the Console Tab again but now when you make a new feed? So open the tab, then the Ad Feed form and then enter a name and choose the Google channel. Then see if you get any error messages.

I now have e message “style sheet could not be loaded” above the console tab.

When trying to add a feed, I have no possibility to save it…

That is a weird message as it has not been reported by anyone before, so I would expect the style sheet to be available and to load as it should.

Some research on the internet showed that it sometimes has to do with the Firefox browser. If you’re using Firefox, could you try loading the page in Chrome?

Could you try the first part (How to check in dev tools that your css file is missing) for me to make sure the style sheets are there?

And are you maybe running a multi-site configuration?

Indeed I was using Firefox, tried with Chrome, still unable to see the feeds and had these messages in the console tab:

OK, the scripts are not loaded correctly it seems. Don’t know why that happens so I have to look into it.

Could you check if this folder exists on your server?

And does it contain a file called “wppfm_verify-inputs.min.js”

And further, do you have a plugin called SiteApps active? Could you try deactivating this plugin and see if that solves the issue?

I do have the folder and the file in my server.
But I do not have the SiteApps plugin
