    Hi, we are having an issue with the feeds not updating. We transferred the site we were working on offline to our client’s hosting and a couple days later the feed stopped updating.

    We’ve added new feeds and tried refreshing them. We updated your plugin. The feeds show on the individual feed source page, but not on the imported feeds on the back-end either. They are stuck on the old feeds from a few days ago.

    The site is on maintenance mode, are there any known conflicts with things not updating when it is like this?

    Any other thoughts why there could be issues?

    This is the first time we’ve heard of this issue, so I can’t say it’s something we have a quick fix for.

    Can you go to the Debugging page and hit the red button? This will delete all feed items and import them again. This time you should see the recent ones too. After that let it do its job on its own and see whether it continues to update. It might also be an issue with Cron but in that case you’d see other things that would not work, like for example not getting update notifications for plugins and WordPress core itself.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I tried that earlier and it didn’t work and I just tried it again. Still the old feeds are showing on the back-end imported feeds list and no new ones.

    Maybe it is conflicting with another plugin? Our client is using Page Builder by Site Origin and that seems to be breaking some other things on their site as well. Heard of any issues with that plugin?

    Just took the site off of maintenance mode and that cleared up the issue. I guess for some reason that was blocking the feeds coming in.

    We use YITH Maintenance Mode in case anyone has a similar issue down the road.
