Hello everyone,

My client have been complaining that the feeds doesn’t work when they import it in Google Shopping.

They get the following errors on multiple products :
Desktop Landing Page Not Available
Mobile Landing Page Not Available

Which is weird because when I check inside the XML file, the products links are correct.

I’ve noticed that the link to the xml using www works while the one with the CDN I get the following error :

<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
```
Could it be related to my problem ?

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Can you share the product feed URL created by our plugin here so we can have a look at it?

With regards to the error you get on your CDN URL. That error is definitely not coming from our plugin.

If you replace cdn by www : https://www.lexon-design.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/google/xml/lexon_google_shopping-3.xml → works

Thanks for your reply. The feed you shared are not created by our plugin but by one of our competitors. You mention “Woo Feed”, so unfortunately we cannot help you with this. I think it is best you reach out to their support team.
