    Hi Vincenzo,

The refresh time is immediate, so if you add a photo on Instagram then you’ll see it on your website right away. In the next major update we’re planning to add caching which will allow you to choose how often the feed refreshes, but currently the feed is instant and there won’t be any delay.

If you have any other questions then just let me know.

    Hi John,

    thanks for feedback.

Just another question about users: is it possible to import multiple user IDs in the corresponding field, instead of copying one-by-one?

    Thanks again.

    Hey Vincenzo,

Are you referring to adding multiple User IDs to the User ID field on the plugin’s Settings page? If so, you can look up the User ID of different Instagram accounts using a tool like this one and then copy and paste them into the field. It’s not possible to automatically import IDs from multiple accounts in one go, you’d need to enter the username for each account in that tool and then copy and paste the associated User ID.

Let me know whether that answers your question, and I hope you’re having a good weekend!

    Hi John,

    ok thank you.
Last question for me I promise ?? .. there is a limitation in the number of users I can enter into the field?

    Thanks again
    Have a nice sunday!

    Hi Vincenzo,

There isn’t really a limit, but you may find that the more you put in the longer it takes to load, as for each user the plugin needs to make a request to Instagram’s API. You may have to experiment a little bit to see how many is optimal for load time.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and I hope you had a good weekend!

    John
