FeedWordPress disables PowerPress's Player

I am setting up a site that will be importing many separate podcasts. So far I have it set up with a few feeds and it is importing the feeds just fine as expected. However when I leave the plugin enabled the web player disappears from my post. When I disable the FeedWordPress plugin the player returns. Is this an issue with FeedWordPress or would it be PowerPress?
WordPress 3.5.1; PowerPress 4.0.7; FeedWordPress 2012.1218; Disqus Comment System 2.74; W3 Total Cache 0.9.2.9; WP to Twitter 2.6.3. Local install on Ubuntu Server 12.10.
