  • Hello @cohenshana,

    Thank you for using Feedzy!

I did some tests with your feed (https://epicenter-nyc.com/author/alina-adams/feed/) and everything seems fine with the post content, when using the Neve theme.

Can you please check if the issue persists with other themes or is it happening only with the theme you are using?

Let us know how it goes,

Hmm. I tried importing the feed on a different site, and I didn’t experience the “nnn” issue.

However, I’m not having any problem using Feedzy on this site with *other* feeds – just this one. I’ve also imported posts from another site and using CSV files without a problem.

This happened on every blog post imported; Is there something I should look for in the theme or import that would make this happen? I’m baffled.

    Hi

Feedzy uses the SimplePie library to display feeds. After testing it on the SimplePie demo, it appears that the issue doesn’t come from the feed – https://simplepie.org/demo/?feed=https%3A%2F%2Fepicenter-nyc.com%2Fauthor%2Falina-adams%2Ffeed%2F.

This makes me believe that there might be something related to your environment.

Can you share some screenshots of the configurations you made inside the import wizard?

Here are some screenshots of my Feedzy settings. (I had thought this posted before, thanks for your patience)

    Hi @cohenshana,

Thank you for providing more details regarding this!

I tried to replicate the issue and again, everything worked fine on my end, so I suppose this can be a theme/plugin conflict.

Can you please deactivate all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue persists? You can safely do that without affecting the users, by using the Health Check plugin’s troubleshoot mode. If the problem is gone, activate the plugins/theme one by one and repeat the action until you find the conflict.

Very strange — I used Health Check to enable plugins one by one and each time the feed imported properly. Finally, I enabled my theme (and child theme) and it seems to be importing properly.

I disabled troubleshooting mode and now the import is working properly there too.

It will only import 10 items – not the 16 or so that exist – but at least it’s working!

    Thanks for your help.
