Fees not showing

    Hi @qwik3r

    Your screenshots show that fees aren’t visible for a credit card payment as well. Can you please confirm that you have fee visibility turned on via the Advanced Settings page of the Stripe plugin?

    Keep in mind fees don’t show up for orders made before the setting is enabled.

    Thanks. It was not checked off which is perplexing considering that for a long time the fees were showing. I’m wondering if you guys did an update where it was unchecked by default? Also, if I’m using Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay etc through Stripe will it show the fees deducted from those services as well?

    Yes, the fees show for all payment methods processed through the Stripe plugin.
