Fees sometimes not applying

    Plugin has been working great for years up until recently it doesn’t apply to some orders.. You can get 5 orders in a row applying fees then 1 that is exactly the same and it won’t apply.
    Everything is up to date, there are no errors in the logs that seem to be relevant. What is the best way to troubleshoot this ?

    Hello – Are you able to please advise of the solution for this? We are also experiencing the fee not being applied intermittently. About 95% of orders will have the fee applied but sometimes it does not get applied.

    We are facing the same issue, sometimes the plug-in seems not to work and the default option of direct bank transfer is applied. What is the solution?

    They were not able to resolve this for me.. I’m looking into alternative plugins.

    Any good/similar alternative found?
