We have an assumption about your issue. To confirm it, please do the following:
1. Download the 5.176 version of the plugin from this link: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect.5.176.zip.
2. WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and then Delete.
3. WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin. Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.
4. Click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings.
5. Wait 10 minutes and refresh the plugin settings page.
6. Let us know if there are any error messages.

We have made edits to the plugin code. Use the instructions I gave you, but install the plugin from this archive: https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip.
