Yes I have contacted support about this. As per your documents page it shows how you can password an entire folder by going to settings and clicking the “folder protect” tab. But that tab is missing in the gold version I downloaded

Your email [email protected] won’t allow me to send you anything but under your documentation page it says this
“Once activating our plugins successfully, navigate to Prevent Direct Access Gold >> Settings menu from your admin dashboard.”
“Then switch to “Folder Protection” tab and protect your private folders with just 3 steps:”

    Thanks for your information, @warlok2014.

I believe you’re referring to our Folder Protection documentation.

As mentioned clearly on top of the tutorial, it is an extended feature, and so, requires both our PDA Gold & Access Restriction extension.

    Requirements:
    – PDA Access Restriction version 1.0.4 or greater
    – Prevent Direct Access Gold version 3.0.25.4 or greater

Also, our PDA Gold is all about file protection, so you can’t really “password protect” entire folders.

Anyway, can you please CC our [email protected] as well just in case?

    Elena.

Well I’m sorry but it doesn’t seem clear to me and I am not impressed.

And that email doesn’t work either
I have now advised PayPal and cancelled my automatic payments to you and lodged a complaint with them. So I guess you will get a message from them if any of your email address actually work
