    when I activate the plugin and the user try to reset password by writing his/her mail and click on Reset Password button , (There has been a critical error on this website.) this message appear.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for letting us know about this!

    That error will appear if there is an issue with some plugins.

    To find where the error is, you`ll need to access the PHP log and look after Fatal Errors.

    Once you spot them, read them and there you`ll find the plugin that has this error.

    To solve this, youll need to deactivate it and Im pretty sure that the problem will be solved.

    I have the same issue here. Just rolled back to version 2.3.3 and the issue disappears. So am pretty sure the error is on your side.

    this was with version 2.3.5

    If you provide me a link to 2.3.4 I’m willing to install this to ensure the problem started with 2.3.5. I tried to look for it myself but couldn’t find it.

    I’m getting the PHP Fatal error too.

    This is happening when submitting the lost password and create an account forms using WooCommerce.

    Errors started on the 24th August.

    Example errors below for the lost password and new account forms (all the same):

    Can you let me know ASAP, I’ve we can roll back to previous version if that will fix this.

    I have also submitted a support ticket as I have a Business account plan with you.

    @all and @anghelemanuel99 – this is a significant issue with the latest version of the plugin. I think the developers of the plugin are already aware of it, I posted a temporary workaround/fix here:
